Materials and moving parts

The body is made of diecast metal with some plastic components and features real rubber tyres. Both doors open to reveal a detailed interior. The exterior replicates the movie vehicle's black finish and styling cues.

Display and handling

At approximately five inches long the model fits on a shelf or in a display cabinet without demanding a large footprint. The opening doors allow occasional repositioning for photography or closer inspection. The sturdy diecast construction resists minor handling wear.

Questions about this item

How do I open the doors on the 1/32 diecast Charger without snapping the hinges?

Grip the door panel near the latch and pull outward with steady pressure; the hinge pins are moulded into the diecast shell and will shear if you pry from the front edge.

What part of the 1/32 Fast & Furious 7 Charger will need replacement first?

The real rubber tyres will dry-rot and flatten on the contact patch long before the diecast body or plastic interior pieces show wear.

At what point does the 1/32 scale model's rolling resistance increase during a long display run?

After several months the rubber tyres develop flat spots where they rest, so the car no longer rolls freely until the tyres are swapped.
