Share four USB 3.0 peripherals between two computers with one-button switching and no driver installation
This KVM switch lets two computers share four USB 3.0 peripherals with a single button press. It suits home offices or small teams that want to keep a printer, scanner, keyboard, mouse or storage drive connected without unplugging cables. No driver installation is required on Windows, macOS, Linux or Chrome OS. The unit draws power from the USB bus and includes an optional micro-USB port for a standard 5 V adapter when high-draw devices are used.
Two male USB cables are supplied so each computer can be connected immediately. The one-button toggle and LED indicators show which system is active, removing the need for software-based switching. An external 5 V power adapter is not included; buyers must provide one if they attach power-hungry peripherals such as hard drives or SSDs.
The switch passes data at USB 3.0 speeds, so large file transfers to shared storage will be limited by that interface. It does not support video, audio or docking-station protocols, so monitors and speakers must be connected directly to each computer. Only two host systems can be managed; setups requiring three or more computers need a different solution.

A standard 5 V adapter is recommended; higher-voltage chargers are not allowed and may affect performance.
The switch runs at USB 3.0 speeds, so the 5 Gbps interface is the first limit under sustained transfers.
The unit is bus-powered with no fan, so it stays silent and only warm to the touch during continuous operation.
