H3 LED headlight set for driver and passenger sides

The Jansicotek A500-N-S1-H3 kit supplies two H3 LED bulbs rated at 50 watts per set with a 6500K colour temperature and 8000 lumens total output. Each bulb uses twelve CSP LED chips to replace factory halogen units on cars, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles and ATVs that accept an H3 socket. A built-in switch and plug-and-play design mean no wiring modifications are required for installation.

Dual ball-bearing fan at 12000 RPM

A two-ball fan spinning at 12000 RPM forces air through an aerodynamic vent to cool every component evenly while each bulb draws only 25 watts. The constant-current driver operates on a 9 to 14.5 volt supply and includes low-voltage protection, keeping power consumption well below that of the original halogen lamps. The aluminium heatsink and fan assembly are engineered to support a service life up to 100000 hours.

Waterproof all-in-one housing with clear lens

The black aluminium housing carries an IP-rated seal against water and dust ingress, and the clear lens maintains beam integrity across a 61 to 120 degree spread. Dual-polarity wiring and the integrated driver eliminate the need for an external ballast or harness, so the bulbs mount directly in the existing H3 reflector. This all-in-one construction simplifies fitment on both driver and passenger sides while resisting vibration and shock.

Questions about this item

How do I install the H3 LED bulbs and what step is often missed?

Plug each bulb into the H3 socket; the dual-polarity design works either way, but the built-in 12,000 RPM fan needs clearance behind the housing so air can flow through the aerodynamic vent.

What maintenance or replacement will the set need later?

The two ball-bearing fans are the only moving parts; if a fan fails after long use the bulb will overheat, so listen for noise and replace the affected unit.

What limit appears first during extended night driving?

The 9–14.5 V constant-current driver protects the LEDs, but sustained high temperatures can trigger thermal throttling, reducing output until the heatsink and fan cool the 25 W CSP chips.
