Jansicotek DP 1.4 Switch

This bidirectional DisplayPort 1.4 switch connects two source devices to one monitor or one source to two monitors. It suits desktop users who need to toggle between a workstation and a laptop or between dual displays. Only one output is active at a time, switched by a front-panel button.

8K 30 Hz and 4K 120 Hz headroom

The switch passes 32.4 Gbps bandwidth, supporting 8K at 30 Hz, 4K at 120 Hz, and 1080p at 240 Hz. It will not drive two screens simultaneously, and resolution drops if cables or sources do not meet the DisplayPort 1.4 standard.

Metal shell and external power

A black metal enclosure shields the circuitry while a USB DC 5 V cable supplies mandatory external power. The selector button cycles inputs in one to three seconds with LED status indication. No drivers are required for Windows, Linux or Unix systems.
