Essager CG100W dual-pack overview

This Jansicotek Essager CG100W pack supplies two 6.6 ft USB-C to USB-C cables finished in blue braided nylon. Each cable delivers up to 100 W (20 V/5 A) via Power Delivery 3.0 and Quick Charge 4.0 when paired with a compatible adapter. An integrated E-marker chip negotiates the correct current for safe charging.

Who should choose this pair

Users who charge laptops, tablets or phones at up to 100 W and want a spare cable for travel or a second desk will benefit from the two-pack. The 480 Mbps USB 2.0 data rate handles file transfers and backups but does not carry video signals. Buyers who need video output or faster data speeds should look at something else.

The deciding specification

The single figure that determines fit is the 100 W (20 V/5 A) Power Delivery rating. If your charger and device both support 100 W PD, these cables will pass the full power; if either end tops out at 60 W, the extra headroom goes unused.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and does it include a charger?

The pack contains two 6.6FT blue USB-C to USB-C braided cables with velcro wraps. No power adapter is included; you need a compatible USB-C PD charger.

Which cable should I pick for a laptop that needs 100W charging?

Both cables in the 2-pack are rated for 100W (20V/5A) with PD 3.0 and QC 4.0, so either one will deliver full power to a MacBook Pro or similar laptop.

What does the 100W rating mean when I plug it into my MacBook Pro?

With a 96W or 100W USB-C PD adapter the cable can supply up to 100W (20V/5A), charging a compatible laptop at full speed while you use it.
