The Jansicotek Essager CGA7A is a USB-A to USB-C cable built for fast charging and data transfer. It handles up to 80W power delivery and works with PD, QC, AFC and FCP protocols. The built-in E-Marker chip negotiates the correct rate for phones, tablets and laptops. Supplied as a two-pack in blue, each cable measures 6.6FT and uses USB 2.0 for 480Mbps transfer. It does not carry video signals.

Heat, noise and power in use

The cable draws up to 7A at 11V to reach the 80W rating, with a 100W maximum ceiling noted by the maker. Passive construction means no fan noise and no active cooling required. The aluminium alloy shell on each connector helps dissipate heat during sustained loads.
