100W Capacity and Headroom

At 11V and 5A the cable can charge a MacBook Pro 16 in about 2 hours or a Samsung S20 to 80 percent in roughly 30 to 35 minutes. It handles USB 2.0 data at 480 Mbps but does not support video output. The 100W ceiling means larger laptops or multi-device hubs may exceed its practical limit.

USB 2.0 Interface Limits

The cable uses the USB 2.0 standard, capping data transfer at 480 Mbps in both directions. Video alternate modes are not supported, so external displays cannot be driven through this cord. Full 100W charging requires a compatible PD charger; legacy USB-A ports will restrict power to lower levels.
