Jansicotek OZC3 capture card
The Jansicotek OZC3 is a USB 3.0 video capture device built for streamers and creators who need to bring an HDMI source into a PC or Mac. It accepts 4K 60FPS input and delivers up to 1080p 60FPS output for recording or live broadcasting. The unit works driver-free on Windows 7, 8, 10, Mac OS X 10.9 or later, and Linux. Plug it in and it appears as a webcam to OBS, Potplayer, VLC and similar software.
4K input to 1080p output headroom
The card captures video sources at resolutions up to 4K 60FPS while the recorded or streamed output tops out at 1080p 60FPS. Automatic format detection and scaling handle the conversion without CPU load. Audio is captured at 48KHz PCM. The HDMI loop-out passes the source signal through with no perceptible delay for real-time play. USB 3.0 bandwidth keeps the path clear; USB 2.0 ports will limit throughput.
Bundled cable and manual
A USB 3.0 data cable is included so the device is ready for the high-speed link it requires. The user manual covers the automatic detection and output adjustment behaviour. No external power supply or driver disc is supplied because none is needed. A microphone input on the unit allows live commentary to be mixed into the stream.

Questions about this item
Will the 1080P 60FPS output work with my older 720P monitor via the HDMI loop-out?
Yes, the HDMI loop-out passes the input signal through unchanged, so your 720P monitor will display the source at its native resolution while the capture card records at 1080P 60FPS.
How can I confirm the card is capturing at 1080P 60FPS and 48KHz PCM audio after plugging it in?
Open OBS or VLC, check the video properties show 1920x1080 at 60 frames per second and the audio device reads 48KHz PCM; the card appears as a webcam with no driver install needed.
Does the box include an HDMI cable for connecting my Switch, or do I need to buy one separately?
The package contains the capture card, a USB 3.0 data cable and a user manual only; you must supply your own HDMI cable for the input and another for the loop-out if you use it.
