2.5 Gbps and 5 Gbps Port Speed

Each RJ45 port supports up to 5 Gbps throughput, so the selector can pass the full bandwidth of 1000 Mbps links and faster 2.5 Gbps connections without bottlenecking. Shielded connectors accept Cat 5 through Cat 8 cables, ensuring signal integrity at the rated speeds. The device cannot serve both connected PCs simultaneously; only the selected port is active at any moment.

Plug-and-Play With LED Status

Installation requires only connecting the supplied 0.8-metre USB cable for power and linking the RJ45 cables — no driver or reboot is needed.
