Five-port 4K HDMI switch
The Jansicotek OZQ3-3 is a compact 5×1 HDMI 2.0 switch that routes five source devices to a single display or projector. It handles 4K resolution at 60 Hz with 18.5 Gbps bandwidth, HDR10, 36-bit deep colour and HDCP 2.2 compliance. Audio formats include DTS-HD, Dolby TrueHD, DTS and Dolby Digital AC3. Switching is done by a front button, an IR remote effective to 28 ft, or automatic detection of the newest active input.
Home-theatre owners with many sources
This unit suits anyone who wants to connect a games console, streaming stick, set-top box, Blu-ray player and PC to one HDMI input without swapping cables. It does not split one source to multiple screens, so buyers needing a splitter should look elsewhere. The remote requires two AAA batteries that are not supplied, and there is no picture-in-picture or multi-view mode for simultaneous viewing.
18.5 Gbps HDMI 2.0 bandwidth limit
The single specification that decides fit is the 18.5 Gbps throughput, which carries 4K at 60 Hz 4:4:4 but cannot transport higher refresh rates or 8K signals. If your source or display demands more bandwidth than HDMI 2.0 provides, this switch will not pass the signal. All five inputs and the output share this ceiling, so every connected device must operate within it.

Questions about this item
How much depth does the OZQ3-3 need behind the TV for the HDMI cables?
The switch is 5.91 inches wide, 2.36 inches deep and 0.79 inches high, so allow at least the cable bend radius plus the 2.36 inch depth behind your display.
What is the step people miss when setting up the IR remote?
The remote requires two AAA batteries, which are not included; insert them before trying to switch sources from up to 28 feet away.
Which part will need replacement first on the OZQ3-3?
The IR remote runs on two AAA batteries, so those will be the first consumable to replace; the switch itself has no user-serviceable parts.
