It connects two HDMI sources to a single display while splitting the audio signal to optical Toslink, coaxial, 3.5mm jack and stereo RCA outputs. The unit supports 4K resolution at 60 Hz and HDCP 2.2 for protected content playback.

The spec that decides fit

Bandwidth reaches 18.5 Gbps, enabling 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz with 24-bit RGB or YCbCr 4:4:4 colour. Lower resolutions such as 1080p at 50 or 60 Hz and 4K at 20 or 30 Hz are also supported. If your source demands higher bandwidth or a newer HDMI version, this switch will not pass the signal.

What the bundle changes

A 5 V / 1 A DC power adapter is included, so the switch operates without drawing power from the HDMI ports. An IR remote lets you change inputs from a distance, though a battery is not supplied. The manual completes the package for immediate setup.
