Thermals noise and power draw

Passive copper conductors mean no fan noise and no added heat under normal 100W charging loads. The cable draws only the power negotiated by the host and device, so it does not increase system power draw beyond the attached peripherals. Voltage drop stays within USB-IF limits at this length.
