Passive operation with USB power

The unit draws 5 V at 1 A from a supplied USB power adapter, so it adds no fan noise and generates negligible heat during normal use. An LED indicator confirms power and signal lock, and the aluminium enclosure dissipates the small amount of warmth produced by the 2.97 Gbps re-clocking circuitry without active cooling.
