This Jansicotek SW244-1DP1HD KVM switch lets a single keyboard, mouse and two monitors control four computers. It accepts HDMI and DisplayPort video inputs plus USB from each PC and outputs to two HDMI or DisplayPort displays. The unit is aimed at multi-system workstations, streaming setups or server rooms where desk space and peripheral count must stay minimal.

Video Interface Limits

The switch passes HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.4 signals up to 4K at 60 Hz. Lower resolutions such as 1080p at 144 Hz, 165 Hz or 240 Hz and 2K at 120 Hz are also supported, but only when every link in the chain — source, cable and monitor — meets the same specification. HDCP 2.2 content protection is handled transparently. USB 3.0 peripheral ports operate at 5 Gbps and remain backward compatible with USB 2.0 and 1.1 devices.

Setup Requirements

Each connected computer must provide two video outputs — one HDMI and one DisplayPort — and support extended or duplicate desktop modes. Four USB 3.0 Type-A-to-A cables, a 12 V 1 A power adapter, an IR receiver cable and a remote control are included; batteries for the remote are not supplied. Verify that your monitors and cables are rated for the target resolution and refresh rate before ordering.
