Product identity

JBL Quantum TWS are true-wireless in-ear gaming earbuds finished in black and supplied with a small fit kit. They target players who want low-latency audio on PC or console without wearing a full-size headset.

Compatibility check

Verify that your platform has a free USB-C port for the included 2.4 GHz dongle or supports standard Bluetooth audio. The QuantumSURROUND spatial feature only activates on Windows PCs running the QuantumENGINE software.

Build and daily use

The charging case stores the USB-C dongle internally so the transmitter stays with the buds. Dual-source switching lets you answer a Bluetooth call on your phone and return to the 2.4 GHz game link automatically. True Adaptive Noise Cancelling and Ambient Aware modes are toggled on the buds themselves. Beamforming microphones handle voice pickup for in-game chat and calls.

Questions about this item

Does the package include the USB-C dongle for 2.4GHz wireless or do I need to buy it separately?

The USB-C dongle is included and stores inside the charging case so no extra purchase is required.

Should I choose the 2.4GHz wireless mode or Bluetooth for the lowest latency while gaming?

Use the 2.4GHz wireless connection with the included dongle for low latency gaming; Bluetooth is better suited for calls and media on phones.

How does the 16 Ohm impedance affect volume when the earbuds are paired with a PC or console?

At 16 Ohm the earbuds are easy to drive so they reach loud volumes from a PC, console or phone without needing an external amplifier.
