What the headphones are and who they suit

JBL Tune 780NC wireless over-ear headphones in blue deliver adaptive noise cancelling, multi-point Bluetooth 6.0 connectivity and up to 76 hours of battery life. They are aimed at commuters and office workers who want long listening sessions without frequent recharging. The foldable design and lightweight build make them easy to carry in a bag.

Installing and common issues

Pairing is handled through standard Bluetooth 6.0 on phones, tablets or laptops; no extra driver is required. The supplied USB-C to 3.5 mm cable adds a wired option when wireless is not allowed. Some users report occasional multi-point handover hiccups when switching between two active sources, and the adaptive noise cancelling may need a quick toggle in the companion app to settle in very noisy environments.

Battery capacity and realistic limits

The 76-hour rating applies with noise cancelling off; enabling adaptive noise cancelling reduces usable time noticeably. A short speed-charge burst restores enough power for several hours, but the headphones cannot be used while the battery is completely flat. Wired playback via the included cable bypasses the battery entirely, giving a fallback when charging is not possible.
