1/144 Scale Diecast A-10C Model

This 1/144 scale diecast model replicates the Fairchild Republic A-10C Thunderbolt II from the 917th Tactical Fighter Wing during Operation Desert Storm 1990. It is built for adult collectors and military-history enthusiasts who value officially licensed, true-to-scale accuracy. The aircraft features realistic panel lines, antennas, access panels and surface details. Diecast metal and plastic construction gives it a heavy, realistic feel.

Check Display Space and Handling Needs

The model measures approximately 4.5 inches in length with a 4.75 inch wingspan, so verify your shelf or cabinet can accommodate those dimensions. It arrives in the manufacturer's original unopened packaging with a brand new box. This replica has no openings and includes missile accessories; confirm you prefer a sealed display piece rather than one with movable parts. The item is intended for adult collectors, not for rough play.

Upgrade from Smaller or Less Detailed Replicas

Collectors moving up from smaller scales or simpler plastic kits will gain a licensed, highly detailed representation with authentic surface features. The jump is worth it when you want a durable diecast metal build that captures the exact 1990 Desert Storm livery. Buyers who need opening panels, pilot figures or larger scales should look elsewhere.
