A touch-free exit button that detects a hand from 1 to 20 cm and operates on 12 to 36 V AC or DC power
The Jedrek 201G hand induction switch provides keyless exit control for access systems. It operates on AC or DC input between 12 and 36 volts. The sensor detects a hand at a distance of 1 to 20 centimetres using a 38 KHz modulation frequency. The unit draws 55 milliamps at 12 volts DC and fits a 92 by 92 by 33 millimetre footprint.
Suited for installations that need a no-touch exit button, such as offices, labs or secure doors where hygiene or speed matters. Builders who require a credential reader, biometric verification or a keypad for entry should look at other devices, as this unit only triggers release on hand proximity.
