Rewritable 125 kHz T5577 coin tags store 330 bits, survive 100 000 write cycles and 10 years data retention, waterproof 25 mm ABS discs supplied in a 50-piece pack
These 25mm Jedrek T5577 tags operate at 125kHz and ship blank in a pack of 50. They are intended for users who need rewritable credentials for keyless entry, attendance or identification systems. The tags require an external writer to programme data before any reader will recognise them. Buyers who expect pre-encoded cards or plug-and-play operation should look elsewhere.
Communication range is 1 to 10 centimetres depending on the reader used. Each tag stores 330 bits organised in 10 blocks with an 8-bit password. The chip supports more than 100000 erase cycles and retains data for 10 years. No other frequency, protocol or memory format is supported by this product.
The coin tags are sealed in epoxy resin and ultrasonically welded for waterproof, shockproof and corrosion-resistant durability. Installation consists of presenting the programmed tag to a compatible reader. Failures usually occur when tags are left unprogrammed, when the writer is incompatible with the T5577 chip, or when the read distance exceeds the reader's capability.

These tags are 25mm diameter coin style, supplied in a pack of 50. Choose them when you need a small waterproof token that fits on a key-ring or lanyard for door entry, parking, or attendance systems.
The chip holds 330 bits organised in 10 blocks with an 8-bit password. That space stores a site code and card number for typical 125kHz access control formats, and can be rewritten over 100000 times.
Operating at 125kHz, the tags read from 1 to 10cm depending on the reader antenna. The low frequency penetrates water and metal better than higher frequencies but caps range to close-proximity use.
