Portable CD Boombox with Bluetooth

The JENSEN CD555 is a silver portable boombox that plays CDs and streams audio wirelessly from a phone or tablet. It includes an FM stereo receiver and an auxiliary input for wired devices. A built-in carrying handle and compact 7.00 x 9.75 x 6.00 inch frame make it easy to move between rooms or take outdoors.

Bluetooth range and power limits

Wireless streaming works up to 33 feet from the source device. The unit runs on the included 120V AC adaptor or six C-size batteries, which are not supplied. There is no internal rechargeable battery, so portable use requires a fresh set of cells.

Top-loading CD mechanism

The single-disc top-loading drive reads standard CDs and CD-R/RW media. It does not support MP3 CDs, USB storage or SD cards. Buyers who want digital file playback from a thumb drive or memory card will need a different model.
