Adjustable dumbbell handles for home

This set includes two 14-inch threaded handles made from alloy steel with a chrome finish. Each handle weighs 4 pounds and features 5 inches of medium-depth diamond knurling for a secure grip. The set is designed for versatile strength training suitable for both beginners and experienced lifters.

Load capacity and plate compatibility

The handles accept standard 1-inch plates and are rated for up to 300 pounds per handle, providing ample headroom for progressive overload. Four star-lock collars are included to keep plates firmly in place during lifts. The total unloaded weight of the pair is 8 pounds.

Upgrade from fixed dumbbells or basic bars

These adjustable handles replace the need for multiple fixed-weight dumbbells, saving space and cost in a home gym. The jump is worth it when you want to change resistance quickly between exercises without buying a full rack of individual weights. They are not for users who require Olympic 2-inch plate compatibility.

Questions about this item

Will these 14-inch handles fit on the same rack as my older 10-inch dumbbell bars?

Each handle is 14 inches long, so they need more rack space than 10-inch bars; measure your shelf depth before mounting.

How can I check the star collars are locking plates tightly before I lift?

Slide a standard 1-inch plate on, twist the collar until the star teeth bite, then tug the plate — it should not rotate or shift.

What comes in the box and do I need to buy plates separately?

You get two chrome alloy-steel handles with 5-inch diamond knurling plus four star lock collars; standard 1-inch weight plates are sold separately.
