JFIT Neoprene Dumbbell Pair 5 lb

This pair of 5 lb dumbbells uses a solid cast-iron core with a double-dipped neoprene coating. The hex heads prevent rolling during floor exercises and allow stable stacking for storage. They are sold as a matched pair for balanced training.

Sustained home-studio use

The neoprene grip stays secure through repeated sets without becoming slippery, and the coating resists flaking and chipping over time. The stable hex shape keeps each weight in place between movements, supporting continuous circuit or rehab sessions.

Upgrade from lighter or single weights

Replacing single lighter dumbbells or uncoated iron pairs adds a non-slip surface and roll-free stability for floor work. The jump is worth it when a user wants matched 5 lb resistance for bilateral exercises and compact stacking up to 120 lbs.

Questions about this item

Does the neoprene coating stay cool and quiet during long daily workouts?

The solid cast-iron core and smooth neoprene coating produce no mechanical noise and the material does not generate heat, so the pair remains quiet and comfortable through extended sessions.

What equipment is required before I can start using the 5 lb pair?

No additional equipment is needed; the anti-roll hex heads sit flat on any floor and the non-slip grip lets you begin strength, Pilates or rehab moves right out of the box.

Will the hex heads stack safely with older round dumbbells I already own?

The anti-roll hex design keeps each weight stable on its own, but mixing hex and round heads in a single stack can create an uneven tower, so store them separately for maximum stability.
