Smart WiFi Thermometer Hygrometer

The Jinvocloud WSD007 monitors indoor temperature from -20 to 50 degrees Celsius with ±0.5°C accuracy and humidity from 0 to 99% RH with ±5% accuracy. It connects directly to a 2.4 GHz WiFi network without a separate hub or gateway. The device is powered by two AAA batteries which are not included in the package.

Build integration and placement

The unit includes double-sided adhesive for mounting on walls or flat surfaces and an LCD screen for local reading. It operates within the same -20 to 50 degrees Celsius range it measures and tolerates up to 95% RH operating humidity. A 2.4 GHz WiFi signal is required at the installation location because 5 GHz networks are not supported.

App ecosystem and voice control

The Tuya Smart or Smart Life app provides remote monitoring and configurable alerts from anywhere. IFTTT support enables custom automation with other smart home services. Google Assistant reports both temperature and humidity by voice while Alexa reports temperature only, for example stating 20.5 degrees when asked. °C/°F switching is done via the app or the device button.
