12X Rectangular Glass Magnifier

This magnifying lamp combines a 5.3 by 3.2-inch optical glass lens with a three-section swing arm that extends to 42.5 inches. The rectangular lens provides 12X magnification with reduced edge distortion. A four-way metal clip secures the unit to a workbench for hands-free use during reading, craft, or repair tasks.

12X Magnification and Five Colour Modes for Detail

The 12X glass lens covers a large rectangular area suited to fine print, sewing, puzzles, and miniature inspection. Five selectable colour modes let the user match the light to the task and ambient conditions. The lamp ships without a bulb; the integrated LED array is powered by the unit itself. Weight is three pounds.

Three-Section Arm Reach and Stability Limits

The arm extends to 42.5 inches through three joints secured by six springs and three adjustment knobs. This design eliminates wobble within the stated reach but cannot support positioning beyond that length. The fixed 43-inch overall dimension and clip mounting restrict use to surfaces that accept the four-way clip.

Questions about this item

Will the 43 in arm reach over my existing workbench monitor?

The three-section swing arm extends up to 42.5 inches with three adjustment knobs and six springs, so it can clear most monitors while staying stable.

How do I know the 12X glass lens is aligned correctly after setup?

The 5.3 by 3.2 inch rectangular optical glass lens should show crisp, distortion-free magnification across the full field; adjust the three knobs until the image stays sharp at the edges.

Does the box include a bulb or do I need to buy one separately?

No bulb is included because the unit uses built-in LEDs; the package contains the lamp head, 3-section arm, metal clip base, and power adapter.
