MIG welding gloves with 12 in gauntlet
These large Tillman 48L gloves are built for MIG and TIG welding tasks. They use Grade A leather with a straight thumb and Gunn full-back cut for dexterity. The gauntlet cuff extends 12 in to protect the forearm. One pair covers both left and right hands.
Pigskin palm and cowhide back construction
The palm is pigskin while the back and cuff are cowhide, giving heat resistance where the torch is closest. A fleece lining adds insulation without restricting movement. White and brown colouring helps spot wear and contamination. The materials are chosen for durability under repeated spark exposure.
Large size fits standard adult hands
Size L suits welders with average to large hands who need full coverage. The straight thumb and Gunn pattern allow a natural grip on the torch. Buyers needing a smaller or extra-large fit should select a different size. The single size offered here does not accommodate all hand dimensions.

Questions about this item
Should I choose the Large size or look for a different fit?
The 48L model is sized Large and cut with a straight thumb and Gunn full-back pattern, so select it if your hand measurements match a standard Large welding glove.
What does the 12 in length mean when I am welding?
The 12 in gauntlet cuff extends protection past the wrist and lower forearm, shielding against spatter and heat during MIG or TIG work.
How do the pigskin palm and cowhide back perform together?
The A-grade pigskin palm stays pliable for torch control while the cowhide back and cuff resist abrasion and radiated heat in MIG and TIG applications.
