Collectible Ice Cream Truck 1/64

This 2024 Johnny Lightning release reproduces the George Barris Ice Cream Truck in blue at 1/64 scale. The diecast metal body and chassis feature a detailed exterior and interior with real rubber tires. It arrives in a blister pack inside the manufacturer's original unopened box.

For Display Collectors Only

The model suits hobbyists who want a sealed, officially licensed piece for a shelf or diorama. Buyers who need opening doors, hood or trunk should look elsewhere because this casting has no moving parts. The included bonus mini model kit box adds a small extra item for the same display space.

Ready to Display From the Pack

No assembly or additional hardware is required; the truck sits on its own wheels straight from the blister. At approximately 2.375 inches long it occupies minimal shelf depth, freeing room for other 1/64 scale vehicles. The sealed packaging also preserves mint condition for long-term storage.

Questions about this item

Does the 1/64 scale diecast truck need a display case or base to stand securely?

The model measures approximately 2.375 inches long and sits on real rubber tires, so it stands on its own without a separate base or case.

Will the blister pack and bonus model kit mini box fit alongside older Johnny Lightning releases in a standard display cabinet?

Both the blister pack and the included bonus mini box are sized for 1/64 scale, matching the footprint of earlier Johnny Lightning cars in the same scale.

How can I confirm the Ice Cream Truck is the officially licensed 2024 Release 2 version once I open the package?

Look for the George Barris branding, the blue Classic Plastic Pop Culture deco, and the limited edition markings on the diecast body and chassis.
