A flush-cut diagonal plier with ESD-safe handling and a built-in wire stripper for precision electrical work
The Jonard DIABVNOTCH is a 5 1/8 in diagonal cutting plier designed for electricians who need a flush cut on wire. Its uninsulated steel jaws open to 1/2 in and provide a 3/4 in cutter length for precise trimming. The tool includes an additional wire stripper function for extra versatility.
The flush cut profile leaves wire ends flat without a raised pinch, reducing snag risk in tight terminations. ESD-safe construction helps protect sensitive electronic components from static discharge during handling. The manual jaw opening and integrated stripper let you cut and prepare conductors with one tool.
Suited for panel work, control wiring and electronics assembly where a clean flush finish and ESD safety matter. Not suited for tasks requiring insulated handles for live-circuit protection or tether-ready attachment points for working at height. Buyers who need voltage-rated insulation should look elsewhere.

The jaws are made from steel and ground to a flush profile; they can be touched up with a fine file when the edge dulls, but no replaceable cutter inserts are fitted.
The maximum jaw opening is 1/2 in and the cutter length is 3/4 in, so wire larger than that opening simply will not fit between the blades.
The handles are bare steel with no insulated grips, so they transmit heat from the workpiece and offer less friction than coated handles during prolonged use.
