Bob Ross Chia Planter Kit

The Joseph Enterprises Chia Pet Planter Bob Ross Edition is a decorative pottery planter that grows a green chia coat shaped like the painter’s iconic afro. It includes the planter, a plastic drip tray and enough seed packets for three separate plantings. The kit is designed for indoor use and appeals to fans of The Joy of Painting looking for a lighthearted desktop garden.

Reusable Planter With Seed Limits

The planter can be washed and replanted indefinitely, but the included seeds cover only three growth cycles. After those are used, additional chia or compatible herb seeds such as basil, alfalfa, marjoram or thyme must be sourced separately. Full growth appears in one to two weeks under normal indoor conditions.

Single-Use Seed Supply Included

The package provides seed packets for exactly three plantings, so buyers who want continuous growth without purchasing extra seeds will need to restock. This single specification determines whether the kit meets a long-term or one-off gifting need.
