Clear Cellophane Roll for Gift Wrapping

The JOYIT cellophane wrap roll measures 100 feet long and 17.5 inches wide with a 3 mil thickness. It is supplied as a single clear roll weighing 0.449 kilograms and is designed for packaging gifts, baskets, flowers and food treats.

Suits crafters and retailers needing wide.

This roll works for anyone wrapping large bouquets, wine bottles or fruit baskets where extra width and tear resistance matter. It is not for buyers who need heat-shrink film, printed designs or pre-cut sheets, and it may not suit projects requiring opaque or coloured wrapping material.

Simple roll format requires only scissors and tape

The material unrolls smoothly for cutting custom lengths, and the 3 mil gauge resists punctures during handling. The main issue is confusing it with shrink wrap; this product will not shrink with heat and must be secured manually. Static cling can cause layers to stick together, so store the roll flat and unwind slowly.

Questions about this item

What size scissors or cutter do I need to cleanly slice the 17.5in wide roll?

Standard household scissors or a rotary cutter with a blade longer than 17.5in will cut the 3 mil cellophane cleanly; a shorter blade requires multiple overlapping cuts.

Can I use this 3 mil cellophane over the thinner 1-2 mil wrap I already have for extra strength?

Yes, layering the 3 mil roll over existing 1-2 mil wrap adds 200% more tear resistance and prevents perforations during handling.

How do I confirm the roll really measures 100ft x 17.5in once I open it?

Unroll the cellophane along a measured floor tape; the length should reach 100ft and the width 17.5in, with a smooth, crystal-clear finish and no shrink-wrap properties.
