USB powered with integrated privacy cover

Power comes directly from the USB port so no external adapter is required. Two built-in microphones with advanced noise cancellation pick up clear audio up to 10 feet away. An integrated privacy cover slides across the lens when the camera is not in use.

8 megapixel sensor with PDAF autofocus

The 8 megapixel image sensor delivers 4K Ultra HD video with automatic exposure adjustment for low-light conditions. Auto focus uses phase detection for fast, reliable tracking during live sessions. The camera weighs .33 kilograms and includes a USB cable in the box.

Questions about this item

How do I mount the Flip600R on a tripod and which step is often missed?

Attach the webcam to a standard tripod thread, then plug the USB cable into the computer; the step users forget is removing the protective film from the lens before the first call.

What part of the Flip600R will need replacement first with daily use?

The integrated privacy cover hinge is the only moving part and will wear out before the fixed lens or USB connector.

At what distance does the PDAF autofocus stop tracking smoothly during long streams?

Phase Detection Autofocus tracks subjects from .65 to 10 feet; beyond 10 feet the focus may hunt under sustained use.
