Questions about this item

Will the 7.4 mm tip fit my OMEN 15-dg0025nr alongside the original 200 W brick?

Yes — the adapter outputs 19.5 V 11.8 A (230 W) and is listed as compatible with 19.5 V 10.3 A 200 W units for the 15-dg0025nr.

How can I confirm the 230 W adapter is delivering full power after I plug it in?

The laptop should charge while under heavy load and the adapter LED stays solid; built-in protections guard against overvoltage, overcurrent and overheating.

Does the box include both the 6 ft adapter cord and the 4 ft mains cord, or must I buy the mains cord separately?

The package includes the AC adapter, a 6 ft adapter cord and a 4 ft power cord — total 10 ft — so nothing extra is needed.
