Foldable On-Ear Headset with Microphone

The jWIN C8 Headphones-003 is a wired on-ear headset built for students, commuters and anyone who needs a compact audio solution for daily use. It connects through a 3.5 mm stereo plug and includes an inline microphone with volume control for calls and media playback. The foldable hinge and tangle-free braided cord make it easy to pack in a bag for school, travel or remote work sessions.

Passive Noise Isolation and Zero Power Draw

Full-sized on-ear cups provide passive noise isolation so listeners hear deeper bass and clearer mids without active electronics. Because the headset draws no power, there is no battery to charge and no fan or amplifier noise — just the audio signal from the source device. The 59-inch braided cable resists kinks and twists during normal handling.

Volume Control Incompatible with PC Microphone Input

The inline volume and track controls function with smartphones, tablets, Chromebooks and most portable players, but they do not operate on a PC. To use the microphone on a computer, a separate headset splitter adapter is required, which is not included. Buyers who need plug-and-play microphone support on a desktop should consider a USB headset or a dedicated adapter.

Questions about this item

How do I plug the 3.5mm jack into a laptop that only has separate headphone and microphone sockets?

The single 3.5mm plug carries both audio and mic signals; you will need a Y-splitter adapter to connect to separate headphone and microphone ports on a PC.

Which part of the C8 headset is most likely to wear out first with daily folding and unfolding?

The adjustable hinge and folding mechanism see repeated stress; the braided 59in cord is designed not to kink, but the hinge joints bear the brunt of frequent collapse.

At what volume level does the inline control stop boosting the signal on a Chromebook?

The inline volume control adjusts the analogue signal up to the source device's maximum output; it adds no extra gain beyond what the Chromebook already delivers.
