Questions about this item

Does the 15 V 1.6 A barrel output match the 24 W requirement of the Surface Go and Core m3 models listed?

Yes, the adapter delivers exactly 15 V at 1.6 A for 24 W, which matches the power specification for Surface Go, Go 2, Go 3, Go 4 and Core m3 variants of Surface Pro 3, Pro 4, Pro 2017 and Surface Laptop.

What are the brick dimensions and DC cable length so I can check bag fit?

The power supply measures 2.56 x 1.78 x 1.14 inch and the DC cord is 4.7 Ft long; total weight with cord is 3.68 ounces.

How do I connect the AC side correctly and what is the common mistake?

Plug the supplied two-pin AC cord into the brick, then into a 100–240 V 50/60 Hz outlet; the frequent error is inserting the barrel connector upside down — align the keyed shape before pushing.
