Wireless Mini Microphone for Phones and Tablets

The Kairiyard MS8 Mini mic is a wireless lavalier system built for creators recording on iPhone, iPad or Android phones. It targets vloggers, podcasters and mobile journalists who need clear dialogue without cables. The magnetic clip-on design keeps the microphone secure during movement. No app or Bluetooth pairing is required for operation.

25-Hour Battery Life with Charging Case

The included charging case delivers up to 25 hours of total battery life for the system. Each mini microphone supports five hours of continuous use on a single charge. The case displays the remaining battery level on its screen. The receiver also features an input port that allows an external power source to charge the connected phone while recording.

Plug-and-Play Upgrade from Built-In Phone Mics

This system replaces reliance on a device's internal microphone for interview, vlog or podcast work. The jump is worthwhile when background wind, traffic or crowd noise ruins takes, or when the creator must move away from the handset. It is not suited for studio sessions needing XLR connectivity or multi-channel mixing beyond the two included lapel mics.

Questions about this item

Will the MS8 Mini mic's receiver work with the USB-C port on my older Android phone?

The receiver plugs directly into your device's port for instant pairing; it is listed as compatible with iPhone, iPad and Android phones, so a USB-C Android handset will work.

How can I confirm the noise-reduction chip and windscreen are actually cutting wind and traffic noise during a test recording?

Switch the mic to the default noise-reduction mode, record a short clip outdoors, then play it back — you should hear clear voice with wind and traffic suppressed.

Does the package include both the magnetic clip-on lavalier microphone and the charging case, or must I buy the case separately?

The set includes the wireless mini microphone and its charging case, which provides up to 25 hours of total battery life and shows the remaining level on its screen.
