Kaito Mini LED Flashlight AR-BLK1500-T3

The Kaito Mini LED Flashlight AR-BLK1500-T3 is a rechargeable headlamp built for outdoor activities such as camping, hunting and night walking. It delivers 1500 lumen output with a 1000 metre irradiation distance and offers 12 selectable modes. The 9000mAh battery provides up to 15 hours on high brightness and more than 95 hours on low.

IPX7 waterproof thermals and power

The aluminium frame acts as a cooling system to manage heat during extended use. An IPX7 rating means the unit withstands heavy rain and immersion in water. USB Type-C charging allows replenishment from any standard USB port, and the headlamp can also serve as a power bank for other devices.

90° adjustable head and mounting

A 90° adjustable head lets the user direct the beam from straight ahead down to the feet without removing the lamp. The adjustable headband secures the 4.69 by 3.98 by 4.53 inch unit to a helmet or bare head. Zoomable focus and five main light patterns cover spot and flood requirements in the field.

Questions about this item

How do I mount the headlamp so the 90° adjustable head stays aimed where I need it?

Slide the headband through the aluminium frame clips, centre the light on your forehead, then tighten the strap until the 90° hinge holds firm without slipping — the step people miss is checking the hinge tension before each use.

Which parts will need replacement after extended use and how often?

The lithium-polymer 9000mAh pack is the only consumable; expect 350000 hours of LED life, so only the battery may need swapping when run-time drops below the 15-hour high or 95-hour low figures.

What limits continuous output before the light dims or shuts off?

Thermal protection on the XHP70 chip kicks in during sustained high mode; the aluminium frame dissipates heat, but after roughly 10 hours at maximum the output will step down to protect the emitter.
