Compact EDC flashlight

The Nitecore TIP3 is a rechargeable keychain flashlight that delivers up to 720 lumens and throws light approximately 100 yards. It offers three selectable colour temperatures: 3000K warm white, 4500K neutral white and 6500K cool white. The aluminium body measures 2.44 x 1.02 x 0.59 inches and weighs 1.06 ounces. A removable pocket clip allows attachment to keys, pockets or bags for everyday carry.

Simple two-button operation and USB-C charging

Dual buttons give quick access to Turbo and ultra-low modes without cycling through multiple levels. The light recharges via USB-C in about 1 hour 30 minutes and supports use while charging. The lithium-polymer cell provides up to 160 hours of runtime on the lowest setting. Water and impact resistance protect the internals during daily use. No driver installation or configuration is required.

Check pocket space and charging habits before

Verify that the 2.44-inch length fits your preferred keychain or pocket organiser alongside other items. The USB-C port requires a compatible cable; one is included but spares may be needed for travel. Buyers who want a built-in magnetic tailcap or a side-switch interface should look elsewhere. The maximum 720-lumen output is fixed and not user-programmable.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the TIP3 is working correctly after first charge?

Press the two buttons to cycle through 3000K warm white, 4500K neutral white and 6500K cool white outputs; verify Turbo reaches 720 lumens and ultra-low runs for up to 160 hours.

What ships in the box and what must I supply?

Included are the flashlight, key clasp, USB-C charging cable, pocket clip and Nitecore sticker; you only need a USB-C power source such as a wall adapter or power bank.

Which colour-temperature version should I choose for mixed indoor and outdoor use?

The single TIP3 model already provides 3000K, 4500K and 6500K settings, so no separate version is required — just select the mode that suits the situation.
