Kaito P129-BK 99000 lumen flashlight

The Kaito P129-BK is a rechargeable LED flashlight rated at 99000 lumens with a claimed throw of 1500 metres. It runs on an included lithium-polymer cell and offers five selectable modes plus an adjustable focus beam. The aluminium body carries an IPX6 waterproof rating and measures 2.08 x 1.45 x 7.03 inches. A USB output port lets the unit serve as a power bank for phones or tablets.

Suits campers needing long runtime

Hikers and home users who want a single device for illumination and backup power will appreciate the 12-hour maximum runtime and power-bank function. The one-button interface cycles through high, medium, low, strobe and SOS without menus. Buyers who need a lighter everyday-carry light or a headlamp for hands-free tasks should consider a different form factor.

Check USB charging compatibility and pocket space

The light recharges at 5 V / 1 A and takes 4-6 hours from empty, so verify you have a suitable USB-A source or adapter. At 7.03 inches long it may not fit small pockets or tight organiser loops. Confirm the IPX6 splash rating meets your expected exposure; it is not rated for submersion.

Questions about this item

What cable and power source are needed to charge the flashlight?

The box includes a USB cable; connect it to any 5 V / 1 A USB power adapter or port to recharge the built-in lithium-polymer battery in roughly 4–6 hours.

Can the flashlight run directly from a USB power bank while I keep the internal battery as a spare?

The flashlight draws power only from its own rechargeable cell; the USB port is an output that lets the light serve as a power bank for phones or tablets, not an input for pass-through operation.

How can I confirm the beam is reaching the claimed distance after I turn it on?

On the High mode the light should throw a focused spot to about 1500 metres (4900 feet); you can verify this by aiming at a distant landmark at night and checking that it remains clearly illuminated.
