Kaito V8000 8 LED Headlamp

The Kaito V8000 is a rechargeable headlamp fitted with eight LEDs and a USB Type-C charging port. It offers eight selectable modes including a red light and SOS strobe functions. The 90° adjustable head directs the beam where it is needed. An IPX5 rating protects the unit from splashing water during outdoor use.

Suited to runners, campers

This headlamp serves users who want a lightweight, rechargeable solution for night running, fishing, camping or job-site tasks. The 5.3 oz weight and adjustable strap support extended wear. Buyers who require a higher IP rating for submersion or a longer maximum runtime than the stated 3-6 hour range should consider other options.

Eight lighting modes with red and SOS settings

The single specification that decides fit is the eight-mode array covering strong, warm, red and strobe outputs. This variety lets one device handle trail navigation, night-vision preservation and emergency signalling. If a specific mode or beam pattern outside this set is required, this model will not match the need.

Questions about this item

What head size does the adjustable strap fit?

The elastic strap stretches to fit most adult head sizes and can be tightened for smaller heads or worn over a hat.

How do I activate the red SOS strobe mode?

Press the power button repeatedly until the red LEDs flash in an SOS pattern; the sequence order is fixed so count the clicks.

When should I replace the two rechargeable batteries?

Replace them when run-time drops well below the 3-6 hour range or the cells no longer hold a full USB-C charge.
