Questions about this item

How does the 40-city trade network affect gameplay depth?

The game models trade routes between 40 coastal and inland cities, letting you build road networks that expand your commercial reach across the Hanseatic League map.

What does the Steam DRM requirement mean for activation and play?

You redeem the online code on Steam, which ties the licence to your account; the game then launches through the Steam client and requires an internet connection for the initial activation.

Will the Shader Model 2.0 graphics requirement run on a modern integrated GPU?

The spec calls for a Shader Model 2.0 PCIe card such as a GeForce 6 series or Radeon X1000-series with 256 MB VRAM and DirectX 9.0c support; most current integrated graphics meet or exceed that baseline.
