Ready for TV and music

The Kanto RENMO is a pair of powered bookshelf speakers finished in matte orange. Each cabinet holds a 1" silk dome tweeter and a 5.25" aluminium concave cone driver driven by a Class D amplifier. Connections include HDMI, USB-C, optical, Bluetooth, RCA, mini-jack and a subwoofer output with an automatic 80 Hz high-pass filter.

Living-room listeners and desktop users

Buyers who want a single compact box or a battery-powered unit for travel should look elsewhere. The speakers require mains power and are designed as a stereo pair for stationary use. They suit anyone who wants simple TV integration with vocal-boost and night modes but does not need a full surround system.

Remote and cables included

The box supplies a remote control, speaker wire, power cord, rubber feet and magnetic grilles. The remote lets you switch inputs and engage DSP modes without leaving the seat. Magnetic grilles protect the drivers while keeping the front baffle clean.

Questions about this item

What connections does my TV need so the RENMO speakers wake and respond to its remote?

The speakers use an HDMI input for TV integration, automatically powering on with the TV and accepting volume commands from the TV remote.

Will the 5.25-inch aluminum concave cone drivers blend with a separate subwoofer I already own?

Yes, the built-in 80 Hz high-pass filter sends bass below that frequency to the subwoofer output, letting the main drivers handle midrange and treble.

How can I confirm the DSP modes such as Vocal Boost are active after I set them up?

Use the included remote to select Vocal Boost or Night Mode; the speaker's DSP applies the setting immediately for clearer dialogue or reduced loud effects.
