Kanto SUB8VMW 8-inch 300W Sealed Powered Subwoofer White home audio speaker

Sealed 8-Inch Subwoofer

The Kanto SUB8VMW is a compact powered subwoofer built around an 8-inch paper cone driver in a sealed enclosure. It delivers 150 watts RMS and 300 watts peak power from a Class D amplifier with a frequency response of 35 Hz to 175 Hz. The white vinyl finish and rigid MDF cabinet suit desktop or small-room setups.

Upgrade From Basic Bass

This unit replaces generic computer speakers or soundbars that lack low-frequency extension below 50 Hz. The sealed design reduces group delay so transient detail in music and film soundtracks stays accurate. The jump is worth it when you need tighter bass without the boom of ported cabinets in a confined space.

For Near-Field And Small Rooms

It suits listeners who sit close to the system and want articulate low end without overwhelming a bedroom or office. Buyers who need output below 35 Hz or higher SPL for a large living area should look at larger enclosures or ported models with greater displacement.
