Four-Battery Kit with Quad Charger

This Kastar kit supplies four BP-820 lithium-ion batteries and a single charger that powers all four at once. Each cell delivers 7.4 V and 2050 mAh for a total of 15.2 Wh. The pack is built for Canon camcorders from the XA and VIXIA ranges including the XA10, XA20, XA30, XA40, XA50, XA60, GX10 and XF400 models.

Suits Multi-Camera Shoots, Not Single-Unit Users

Videographers running several compatible bodies or needing all-day power for events will benefit from the quadruple charge bays and hot-swap readiness. The charger accepts Micro-USB or USB-C input at 5 V 2-3 A and shows individual capacity LEDs. Operators with only one camera or those who already own a CG-800 charger gain less from the extra bays.

Check Battery Model and Power Source First

Verify your camcorder uses the BP-820 or BP-828 cell before ordering. Ensure you have a 5 V USB supply capable of 2-3 A for full-speed charging of four packs. The charger outputs 8.4 V at 800 mA per bay for one or two batteries and 500 mA when three or four are loaded. No proprietary Canon charger is required.
