Replacement power kit for Canon camcorders

This bundle supplies one 7.4 V lithium-ion battery rated at 3500 mAh and 25.9 Wh together with a compact AC wall charger. It is designed for owners of compatible Canon Vistura, Optura, XF, XL and XH models who need a spare or replacement power source.

Check battery model and camera compatibility

The battery replaces Canon BP-911, BP-914, BP-915, BP-915G, BP-925, BP-930, BP-935, BP-945, BP-950, BP-950G, BP-955, BP-970, BP-970G and BP-975 cells. The included wall adapter accepts 100–240 V AC input and delivers 4.2 V DC at 600 mA. Its foldable flat pins reduce bulk for travel, while a red LED shows charging and a green LED signals standby or full charge. No additional cables or software are bundled.

Questions about this item

Does the package include both the battery and the charger, or must either be purchased separately?

The pack contains one 7.4 V 3500 mAh lithium-ion battery and one AC wall charger with a foldable flat plug; nothing else is required.

How do I know the BP-915G is the correct capacity for my camera instead of the BP-911, BP-925 or BP-930?

The BP-915G delivers 25.9 Wh at 7.4 V and replaces Canon BP-915 and BP-915G cells; check your original battery label for those exact model numbers.

What does the 4.2 V 600 mA charger output mean for actual charging time?

The charger supplies 4.2 V at 600 mA, so a depleted 3500 mAh pack takes roughly six hours; the LED shows red while charging and green when full.
