What this bundle provides

This package includes one lithium-ion battery rated at 7.4 V, 3500 mAh and 25.9 Wh, plus a matching AC wall charger. The charger accepts 100-240 V input and delivers 4.2 V at 600 mA, with a foldable flat plug for compact storage. A red LED shows charging and a green LED shows standby or full charge. It is intended for operators of compatible Canon camcorders who need a spare or replacement power source.

Who this suits

The kit suits owners of the listed Canon models — including XH-A1, XH-G1, XL-H1, XL-1, XL-2 and the XF series — who want a direct replacement for Canon BP-911, BP-914, BP-915, BP-915G, BP-925, BP-930, BP-935, BP-945, BP-950, BP-950G, BP-955, BP-970, BP-970G or BP-975 batteries. It will not suit users whose cameras require a different voltage, connector or form factor, nor buyers who need a multi-bay charger or simultaneous charging of several packs.

Installation and common issues

Insert the battery into the charger until it clicks; plug the charger into a mains socket and watch the LED turn red, then green when full. The foldable pins fold flat for travel. Common issues include leaving the battery on the charger long after the green LED appears, which can reduce long-term capacity, and attempting to charge non-listed battery types that may not fit the contacts or voltage profile. Always confirm the camera model appears in the compatibility list before use.
