Kastar BP-A60 98Wh Li-Ion Battery

The Kastar BP-A60 is a 14.4V lithium-ion battery rated at 6800mAh and 98Wh. It replaces Canon BP-A series cells and fits the EOS C500 PL 4K, C500 Mark II 6K, C70 and other listed cinema cameras. Four on-cell LEDs show remaining charge at a glance.

For owners of compatible Canon cinema bodies

Operators using a C500, C300 Mark II, C70, XF605 or XF705 who need a spare or replacement power source can use this pack. It charges on Canon CG-A10 and CG-A20 chargers. Shooters whose rigs require a different battery mount or voltage should look elsewhere.

98Wh capacity decides runtime

At 98Wh the pack sits between the 30Wh and 65Wh Canon options and below the 90Wh unit, giving longer runtimes per charge. The built-in protection circuit guards against over-charge, over-discharge, over-voltage, over-current and over-heating during extended takes.
