Three-battery pack with foldable wall charger

This Kastar set includes three lithium-ion batteries rated at 3.7 V and 1100 mAh each, plus an AC wall charger with a foldable flat plug. The bundle replaces Nikon EN-EL11, Olympus Li-60B, Pentax D-LI78, Ricoh DB-80 and Sanyo DB-L70 cells for a range of compact cameras. Photographers carrying a spare for day trips or a backup for client work can keep shooting without hunting for a proprietary charger. The pack suits owners of the listed Coolpix, Camedia, Optio, R50 and Xacti models who want a single charging solution.

100-240 V input with LED status

The charger accepts AC 100~240 V at 50~60 Hz and delivers DC 4.2 V at 600 mA to each cell. A red LED shows active charging while a green LED signals standby or full charge. No fan or active cooling is required, so operation stays silent on a desk or in a hotel room. The foldable pins reduce the risk of bent prongs when the unit is packed in a camera bag.

Foldable plug and multi-brand coverage

The foldable flat plug lets the charger lie flat in a pouch, saving space and protecting the pins from damage. One charger handles every battery model listed above, eliminating the need to carry separate Nikon MH-64, Olympus Li-60C, Pentax D-BC78, Ricoh BJ-8 or Sanyo DB-L70 chargers. Buyers whose cameras use a different battery form factor will need a dedicated alternative.

Questions about this item

How do I install the Kastar EN-EL11 batteries and charger correctly, and what step do people often miss?

Insert each 3.7V 1100mAh Li-Ion cell into the camera battery compartment following the polarity markings, then plug the AC wall charger into a 100~240V outlet; the foldable flat pins must be fully extended before inserting the batteries into the charger slots.

What maintenance or replacement will the Kastar EN-EL11 pack need over time?

The three 4.07 Wh lithium-ion cells will gradually lose capacity after several hundred charge cycles; replace them when run-time drops noticeably, and keep the charger’s foldable pins clean and free of debris.

What limit appears first during sustained use of the Kastar EN-EL11 charger?

The charger’s 600 mA output current limits how fast the 1100 mAh batteries can be replenished, so extended shooting sessions are constrained by the 4.2 V 600 mA charge rate rather than the AC 100~240 V input range.
