Compact AC Wall Charger for Olympus LI-90B /

This Kastar charger powers Olympus Li-90B and Li-92B cells used in Stylus TG, SH, SP, XZ and Tough cameras. The foldable flat plug folds flush for tidy packing in a camera bag. It accepts worldwide mains voltage from 100 to 240 V at 50 or 60 Hz.

Steady 600 mA Charge Current with LED Status

Under continuous use the unit delivers a constant 4.2 V at 600 mA without a cooling fan. A red LED glows while the cell is charging and switches to green once the battery reaches full capacity or sits in standby. No battery is included in the pack.

Foldable Plug Decides Bag Fit

The single specification that determines suitability is the foldable flat plug, which reduces the charger to a 3 by 2 by 1 inch block. Photographers who need a non-folding UK or EU pin, or who require a car adapter cord, must choose a different model.

Questions about this item

Does the Kastar LI-90B charger stay cool and quiet when left plugged in all day?

The charger draws only 600 mA at 4.2 V, so heat output is low and there is no fan to make noise.

Which Olympus battery must I already own for this LI-90B charger to work?

It charges Olympus LI-90B and LI-92B lithium-ion packs directly in the cradle.

Will the foldable-plug LI-90B charger power my older Olympus Stylus TG-1 or SP-100 batteries?

Yes, it supports the same LI-90B and LI-92B cells used in those TG and SP models.
