Dual USB charger for Kokad LB-015 batteries

The Kastar LTD2 charges two Kokad LB-015 lithium-ion packs simultaneously. It suits photographers who use the Kokad PIXPRO WPZ2 rugged waterproof camera and want a compact way to keep both batteries ready. No battery is included in the pack.

Interchangeable plates and dual USB inputs

Swappable plates let the same unit handle different battery models when you change cameras. Micro-USB and USB Type-C inputs accept power from common adapters or power banks, and a Micro-USB cable is supplied. An LCD shows charge status and capacity for each slot.

800 mA per channel output

Each bay delivers 4.2 V at 800 mA, so total current reaches 15 W when both slots are active. Buyers who need faster charging rates or a higher single-channel current should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the LCD display or USB ports need any routine servicing?

The LCD display and USB ports are sealed units with no user-serviceable parts; keep the contacts clean and avoid moisture ingress.

What limits how long both batteries can charge at the full 800 mA rate?

The 15 W input budget caps combined output; if the source cannot sustain 5 V at 3 A the charger reduces current to both slots.

How warm does the charger get and how much power does it draw when running all day?

It draws up to 15 W from a 5 V 2–3 A supply and stays cool enough to handle continuous dual-battery charging without a fan.
