Dual-slot USB charger for Motorola radios

The Kastar LTD2 charges two compatible Motorola Li-Ion batteries simultaneously from any 5 V USB source. It accepts Micro-USB or USB-C input and includes a Micro-USB cable. The unit is designed for owners of TalkAbout series walkie-talkies who need a compact, multi-bay charger for home or travel use.

LCD status display and dual-input flexibility

An integrated LCD shows real-time charging state and remaining capacity for each bay. Micro-USB and USB-C ports give freedom to plug into power banks, wall adapters or vehicle ports without carrying extra cables. The charger measures five by three by one inches and weighs little, so it fits easily in a gear bag or glove compartment.

800 mA per bay output current

Each slot delivers 800 mA at 4.2 V or 8.4 V depending on the battery chemistry, matching the rate specified for the listed Motorola packs. Buyers whose radios require a higher charge current or who need to charge more than two packs at once will need a different solution.
