Dual-slot USB charger for bridge cameras

The Kastar NP-120 Q120 LTD2 charges two compatible lithium-ion packs simultaneously using interchangeable plates. It suits owners of Minolta MN35Z, Zoom Q8 or Q8N, and Bell & Howell B35HDZ models who want a single desktop unit for spare batteries.

Check your battery model

The charger accepts only the specific packs listed for the cameras above; other cells will not fit the swappable plates. You must supply a 5 V source capable of 2–3 A through either the Micro-USB or USB-C port, and the box includes only a Micro-USB cable.

Compact plastic body with LCD status readout

The unit measures roughly 5 by 3 by 1 inches and shows charge level and progress for each slot on its built-in display. Dual 4.2 V 800 mA outputs top up both packs at the same rate, while the Micro-USB and Type-C inputs let you power it from common adapters or power banks without a dedicated AC brick.

Questions about this item

Does the Kastar NP-120 Q120 LTD2 charger come with batteries or do I need to buy them separately?

The pack contains one charger only; no batteries are included, so compatible MN35Z, BT-03 or BT-03B cells must be purchased separately.

Which battery models does this charger support so I know which version to choose?

It charges Minolta MN35Z, ZOOM BT-03 and ZOOM BT-03B batteries, and the interchangeable plate lets you swap between those types.

What does the 800mA output mean for actual charging time in my camera?

Each bay delivers 4.2V at 800mA, so a single battery charges at that rate and two batteries charge simultaneously at the same current.
